Element Plumbing, Heating & Air has recently combined with HardLuck Plumbing out of Williams Arizona. This new venture allows us to offer our top class services to those in Northern Arizona.

Element Plumbing was never built from a boardroom playbook. It was built from grit, hard work, science, and love for the community and the rugged lands of Northern Arizona.

Both HardLuck and Element bring passion and persistence to everything they do, whether it's a service call, a mountain trail, or a late-night brainstorm on how to make life better for their customers.

We show up ready to give our all, because excellence isn't something we switch on and off. It's a way of life.

Over a Decade in business

Our founder, Jon, didn't learn the trades from a manual. He started at 15, learning the craft of home services directly from people who knew how to do it right. With his extensive experience and hands-on, anti-corporate approach, he established a company that's not like most home services businesses.

Jon leads from the trenches. He connects to his team through steady communication and learning by doing.

With her background in chemistry, Jon's wife Jaimie brings a scientific approach to how Element handles home services. She knows, for instance, that water filtration needs to address contamination from arsenic, very hard water, and disinfectant byproducts in the Flagstaff area. Since wells may show different levels of these contaminants, each home needs a custom solution.

The name Element comes from both of our founders. Jon's love for skateboarding as a youngster, where balance, persistence, and precision are essential. Jaimie's love of chemistry, where elements represent the building blocks of everything. Together, it's the mix of grit and expertise that drives how we do business.

It is our company's mission statement to provide exceptional service and educate our clients. We believe in providing multiple options to solve your home service needs and let you make the right decision for your home and family.

When we're not fixing water heaters or tuning up AC systems, you can catch us rock climbing or rock crawling outside, spending time with our team in Flagstaff, and solidifying the bonds that keep Element strong.
